Therapeutic Massage is reopening starting August 13th, 2025 at a new location. The new location is inside the Adagio Holistic Therapies Center at 710 W 40th St. Minneapolis, MN, 55409.

​

  • What to Expect:

1. Once you arrive, you may park on the street 

2. If the door is unlocked, come inside and remove your shoes at the front please. We have slippers beside the bench that you can wear. If the door is locked, you may wait in your car or on the bench in front of the building.   

3. You can either take a seat and wait for your therapist to meet you at the front and/or send a text letting them know you have arrived (Keep in mind the therapist may be in another session)

2. Arrive on time. No need to come early because I need time to sanitize the room after each session. Once you are here there may or may not be someone at the front desk. If you are late, you may be able to receive your full time. 

3. The Therapist will ask you if you need to use the restroom then take you to the massage/treatment room for your massage

4. The Therapist will ask you if you have any health issues or any covid 19 symptoms. You will be sent home if you have any covid 19 symptoms and will not be able to return until 7 days whereas once you return your temperature will be checked and should remain below 100.3

5. If you have no contraindications, the Therapist will proceed with the service

6. After the service, the therapist will discuss recommendations, answer any questions, take the payment if applicable by cash or card and rebook your next service

  • (We are a Fully Vaccinated Team - All Therapists are vaccinated at this location) 

  • There is now a cancellation policy in which if you cancel in less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged for the full price of the service booked.

  • The new hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am-1:30pm

  • Prices have increased 

  • New membership options are now available 

  • There is a rewards loyalty program that will allow you to earn points and use them to save money on services (click on Rewards in the left hand corner) â€‹

  • Prepaid sessions/Gift certificates now have an expiration date (check under product details)

  • Expired vouchers/prepaid sessions are no longer accepted

  • All 60 min sessions are 50 min hands-on which means 10 min is for intake, undressing and getting dressed, All sessions use 10 min for the time in between

Refund Policy:

All items are refundable with proof of purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. 

 

Fulfillment Policy: Before or after your purchase, you will need to book your appointment at which you will then receive your purchased service. Purchased services will expire 30 days after purchase date.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bridgette Lovelace-Cokett assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Minneapolis. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
